International Winter School “Creating Territorial Cooperation: The Impact of the Intercultural Dialogue and Migration Flows in South-East Europe”

The Jean Monnet Network Consortium led by the New York University of Tirana, together with the Institute of East Central and Balkan Europe (IECOB), the University of Dubrovnik, the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology and the European Movement of Serbia, in cooperation with the Central European Initiative is pleased to announce an exciting and timely Winter School program, under the title “Creating Territorial Cooperation: The Impact of the Intercultural Dialogue and Migration Flows in South-East Europe”

Conference venue: Hotel Miramare, Viale Carducci, 2 – Cesenatico
Period: 12-19 December 2018
Deadline for applications: 25 November 2018 at midnight

The program is implemented under the aegis of the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of BolognaUniadrion (the Association of the Universities of the Adriatic-Ionian Macroregion), and the Legislative Assembly of the Emilia-Romagna Region. The program is carried out with the sponsorship of the Executive Board of the Government of the Region of Emilia-Romagnaand the Municipality of Cesenatico.

The Winter School will take place in the delightful seaside city of Cesenatico, in a four stars hotel, with conference hall, from the 12th to the 19th of December 2018.
The Winter School will offer:

  • Classes, workshops, simulations and other learning activities (for a total of 56 teaching hours)
  • Guest lectures by distinguished scholars with international reputation.
  • A study visit and social activities.

At the end of the activities, all participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance issued by the Consortium and including 2 ECTS, recognized by the University of Dubrovnik.
