Istraživačke stipendije u oblasti ljudskih prava za studente i studentkinje master i doktorskih akademskih studija, u okviru projekta Misije OEBS-a ”Advancing Human Rights in Serbia through Gender Equality and Youth Engagement, Phase 3”, dodeljene su na Fakultetu političkih nauka Univerziteta u Beogradu.

Na konkurs za dodelu istraživačkih stipendija u 2026. godini, prijavilo se osamnaest kandidata, a nakon evaluacije pristiglih prijava, u ovom ciklusu podržano je 10 kandidatkinja i kandidata.

Stipendije su dodeljene za projekte: Goran Novaković "(Re)shaping Identity: Inclusion of Marginalized Groups in the Student Movement", Goran Sandić " When Protest Becomes a Misdemeanour: Analysis of Misdemeanour Court Practice in Serbia Regarding Public Assemblies in the Period 2024–2026", Dženana Čalaković "Between Rights and Practice: The Problem of Property Inheritance in Serbia", Miloš Todorović " From Social Vulnerability to Civil Subjectivity: Media Representation of the Roma Community in Serbia Through Various Public Communication Discourses", Aleksandar Ivković " The Impact of the Presence of Election Observers on Irregularities at Polling Stations", Uroš Popadić "Polarisation, Freedom of Speech, Self-Censorship, and Minority Visibility in Vojvodina", Boris Kaličanin "Participation of Youth Organisations in the Creation of Public Policies for Young People in the Republic of Serbia: Between Inclusivity and Influence", Miona Gajić "Characteristics and Outcomes of Interventions by the Centre for Social Work in the Protection of Children Under 14 in Conflict with the Law in the Republic of Serbia", Nina Pavlović "Limitations in Exercising the Right to Media Literacy for Women and Girls in the Least Developed Municipalities of the Republic of Serbia", Tamara Milanov "Migration Management by International Organisations in the Field of Healthcare for Migrants in the Republic of Serbia from 2015 to 2025".

Stipendije su dodelili Fakultet političkih nauka Univerziteta u Beogradu i Misija OEBS u Srbiji.

Cilj programa je da podrži studente i studentkinje zainteresovane za pitanja ljudskih prava u sprovođenju samostalnih istraživanja, omogući prikupljanje podataka, terenski rad, pristup arhivama, softverima, intervjue i transkripciju intervjua i druge neophodne troškove koji doprinose kvalitetu naučno-istraživačkog rada. Takođe, cilj programa je da studenti i studentkinje kao ishod istraživanja izrade i  naučni rad i objave ga u nekom od fakultetskih časopisa, analizu praktičnih politika ili sličan dokument koji će biti objavljen.
