Announces the contest of essays of the Council of Young Scientists
“RUSSIA AND THE WEST: WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT RELATIONS”
At present time a new view of relations between Russia and the West is urgent. The objective of the contest is to give an opportunity to the young scientists to present their findings in the field of international relations.
Contents
Essays are expected to contain ideas, suggestions and initiatives aimed at improving relations between Russia and the Western countries.
Requirements for contestants
Young scientists (BA and MA program students, as well as postgraduate students (up to 35 years old) interested in developing and discussing their ideas in the field of international relations.
Requirements for essays
Working language of the contest: Russian / English
Formal requirements: essay language – Russian, English. Text volume – 3–7 pages, typeface Times New Roman, font 12, space– 1.5, no indentation, width alignment; author’s full name,affiliation, and the title of the essay centered in bold, page references and bibliography.
The essays submitted for the contest will be examined by theexpert commission.
Awards
· Laureate diploma of the contest.
· Three winners will address a plenary session at the online international conference of young scientists in Moscow.
· Publication in an academic journal of the Russian Academic Data Base.
Application deadline – November 1st, 2020
Announcement of the results of the contest – November 15th, 2020
International conference in Moscow (online) – November 27th, 2020
In case of non-compliance with the formal requirements, the organizing committee has the right to reject the application. In case of compliance it informs the applicant about the acceptance of the application within a week.
