Биографија
Др Никола Јовић (1985) је истраживач и доцент на Универзитету у Београду – Факултет политичких наука. Докторску дисертацију на тему ,,Улога емоција у доношењу одлука: Критика теорије рационалног избора” одбранио је на Универзитету у Београду 2021. године. Основне студије Међународних односа и Мастер студије Међународне политике такође је завршио на Факултету политичких наука. Био је полазник летње школе European Forum Alpbach, као и стипендиста State Department програма SUSI – Study of the United States Summer Institute. Провео је одређени истраживачки период на Ohio State University и University of Massachusetts. Осим предавачког рада, интензивно се бави и истраживачким радом и политичким консалтингом. Спровео је више од 150 истраживачких пројеката за компаније, невладине организације, међународне институције, академске институције, амбасаде и политичке странке. Његова академска интересовања примарно леже у области квантитативних и квалитативних истраживачких метода, управљања политичким кампањама и утицаја емоција на доношење политичких одлука.
Biography
Ph.D. Nikola Jovic (1985) is a researcher and Assistant Professor at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Political Science, Serbia. He defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic of “The Role of Emotions in Decision Making” at the University of Belgrade in 2021. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and his Master’s degree in International Politics at the Faculty of Political Science as well. He was a participant in the European Forum Alpbach Summer School and a grantee of the U.S. State Department program SUSI – Study of the United States Summer Institute. He spent part of his research period at Ohio State University and the University of Massachusetts. In addition to teaching, he is actively engaged in research and political consulting. He has conducted more than 150 research projects for companies, NGOs, think tanks, international institutions, academic institutions, embassies, and political parties. His academic interests primarily lie in the field of quantitative and qualitative research methods, political campaign management, and the influence of emotions on political decision-making.
