Call for Applications: Master’s and Doctoral Scholarships in the Field of Security for the 2025/2026 Academic Year
The OSCE Mission to Serbia, with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), is launching a Call for Applications for scholarships for master’s and doctoral studies in the field of security for the 2025/2026 academic year. These scholarships are awarded as part of the project “Consolidating Democratization Process in the Security Sector in Serbia – Phase 6”, which aims to strengthen democratic and inclusive security sector governance in Serbia.
Scholarships are intended for individuals working in the security sector institutions, as well as for civil society representatives and journalists.
For the 2025/2026 academic year, the OSCE Mission will award:
- up to 8 scholarships for master’s studies at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Political Sciences and Faculty of Security Studies;
- up to 7 scholarships for doctoral studies at the same faculties.
The scholarship programme is open exclusively to citizens of the Republic of Serbia. Applications must be submitted via email only, no later than Friday, 10 October 2025, to: scholarships@osce.org.
